She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Bulger and Ann Harris Bulger; her husband John J. McCaffrey Sr.; her daughter Kimberly Frank Kennedy; and her brother Joseph Bulger Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, John McCaffrey Jr. (Jessica Barna), Michael P. McCaffrey (Martha) and Joseph T. McCaffrey (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Kristin Frank, Stephanie Frank (John Rockwell), Joseph, Ryan, Caroline McCaffrey, Aidan, Emma McCaffrey, Joshua Mondore and Skylar McCaffrey; and her siblings, Philip Bulger (Carol), Elizabeth Lyons and Barbara Altieri.
