He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Sowaskie and Ethel Mae Hankle Sowaskie; and his sister Penelope A. Sowaskie. He is survived by: his sister Linda A. Ormsby; and his sibling's children, Martin B. Ormsby (Cindy), Penelope Darling, Jamie Van Horn (Jay) and Springs of Colorado.
