She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Riley and Helen Riley (Jackson); her husband John N. Cross; and her siblings, Alice Bauer (Riley) and Joseph Riley.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Riley (Owen), Linda Soroka (Peter), Kathleen Porterfield (late Bob) and John Cross, Jr. (Brenda); her grandchildren, Terrence Matthews, Jr. (James), Peter Soroka, Jr. (Heather), Daniel Hotaling, Jr., Susan Matthews, Shaun Matthews (Kyle), Scott Hotaling (Dave), Jennifer Perry (Mark), Matthew Hotaling (Amanda), Cameryn Cross, Quaniesha Porterfield (Justin), Reggie Porterfield and Carly Cross (Stevie); her great grandchildren, Emily (Tyler), Madison, Leo Soroka, Jadis, Brian White, Antonio Ball, Xavier, Zander Hotaling, Shyenne Matthews, Cole, Samantha, Jackson, Landon Perry, Liam, Raymond, Lilianna, Russell Hotaling and Ellesandria Knapik; her great great grandchild Lucas Smith; her niece Joanne Bauer; and her great-nephew Christopher Bauer. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

Masks and social distancing are required and 30 visitors will be allowed in the funeral home at one time.
