He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fuda and Mildred Fuda (Tesch); his brother Charles M. Fuda, Sr.; and his nephews, Daniel Fuda and Michael Guptill.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Guptill of New Hampshire and Elisabeth Schmidt (Edward) of Maine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
