He was predeceased by: his brother Stacey; and his mother Nancy. He is survived by: his parent George Hofmann; his siblings, Crystal Borst (Bill Spencer) of Sprakers and Branden Hofmann of Middleburgh; his stepsister Amanda Bernhardt of Fort Plain; and his siblings' children, Allie Borst of Johnstown, Jake Borst of Johnstown and Luke Post of Ft. Plain.
