He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Howard and Margaret Simpson Howard; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" B. Howard, Dennis R. Howard, Walter D. Howard, Charles Howard and Linda Higgins. He was also cherished by Several niece, nephews and friends.
Please only enter the funeral home from the rear parking lot doorway; masks and social distancing are required; and a total of 40 visitors will be allowed in the funeral home.
With this foundation he could be counted on to think of others before himself, and will be missed by all that knew him.
