He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Schaap and Margaret Cox Schaap; and his wife Catherine Russo Schaap. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly A. Pierce (John), Raymond P. Schaap Jr. (Patricia) and Michael Schaap (Nikki); and his grandchildren, Brianna, Jennifer, Kaile, Courtney, Taylor and Ryan. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
