He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hoffman and Pearl Kiser Hoffman; and his sisters, Lorraine McCanney, Jane Manning, Linda Best and Jean Hoffman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandi Christopher of Lowville and Brandi Hoffman of Lowville; his grandchildren, Jade, Sapphire, Blaine, Hailey, Isaiah, Jason, Jr., Makenzie and Brentley; his great grandchild Ashton; and his sister Donna LaQuay (Tom).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Richard's son, Richard to be used towards funeral costs.
