Richard Locke Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Locke in Albany, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 20, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Locke and Verda Locke (Mueller); and his sister Louella Fitch. He is survived by: his wife Jane Butler; his children, Sarah Whaley (Matthew), Shawn, Beth Wright and Danielle Robbins; his grandchildren, Matthew Paul and Tristan; his sisters, Jane and Kathy (John); and his niece Sue Bigness.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
