It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Septer (Albany, New York), who passed away on September 13, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Pollack and Paula Pollack. She is survived by: her husband David Septer; her children, Linda, Tracy and Steven; her grandchild Tracey; her stepchildren, Michael Gran (Ina), Richard Gran (Heidi), Karin Gardner (Mike) and Theresa Oleokoski (Chris); her siblings, Martha Proskin (Arnold), Norwin Pollack (Donna) and Sharon Wishengrad (Barry); her grandchildren, David, Maya, Peyton Septer, Cecilia, Lily Gran, Tyges Besch (Melanie), Kassandra Gran, Brendan, Vance Gardner, Roman and Annaleigh Oleokoski; her great grandchild Aiden Vanderlinden; and her siblings' children, Lisa Pierce (Jon), Heath Proskin (Celina), Wendy Proskin (Jeremy Zucker), Michael Proskin (Meredith) and Jeffrey Wishengrad.
