He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kohinke and Elizabeth Kohinke (Mehleisen); his siblings, William Kohinke, Stanford Kohinke and Elizabeth "Betty" Haack; and his nephew Mark David Schultz. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, many cousins and a number of dear friends.
