She was predeceased by: her parent Jacob Ginsburg. She is survived by: her parent Lillian Smith Ginsburg; her spouse Philip Itzkow; her children, Jacalyn L. Itzkow (Carl Ruppert) and Robert H. Itzkow; her wife Mayra; her grandchildren, Eleanor Itzkow, Ethan Itzkow, Bernadette Itzkow and Victoria Itzkow; her sister Nancy Kohn; her sister-in-law Miriam Kolker; and also, Susan Kohn and Michael Kohn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; great-great-niece and nephews; and dear friends.
