He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Anna Mary Clas (Dillon); his wife Anne Carol Clas (Grant); his son Thomas Clas (Phyllis); and his stepson John Mosher.
He is survived by: his children, Anne Susan Bohenek, Carol Clas (Elizabeth Donati) of Albany and Peter Clas (Ellen) of Waterford, CT; his granddaughter Jennifer Pritchard Munyan (Brian) of Averill Park; his great grandchildren, Katherine and Delaney; and his stepdaughters, Jane Capello (Ron), Betsy Murray (John) and Denise Hoblock. He is also survived by many step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
