He is survived by: his wife Karen Flood-DiBell; his children, Alissa DiBell (Kim), Andrew DiBell, Thomas DiBell, Jamie Flood and Justin Flood; his grandchildren, Sophia, Justin Jr and Aidan Flood; and his siblings, Ann Chiera and Christopher DiBell (Janice). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
