He is survived by: his wife Margaret Jean; his mother Jeannie L. Van Ness; his aunt Catherine C. Agee; and his siblings, Desiree R. James (Van Ness) and Warren L. Van Ness. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousin and friends.
