He was predeceased by: his parent Domenico Polsinelli; his wife Elizabeth; and his siblings, Gaetano Polsinelli, Antonio Polsinelli, Samuel Polsinelli, Johnny Polsinelli and Elena D'Orazio (Polsinelli).
He is survived by: his parent Marianna Rae Polsinelli; and his children, Dino Polsinelli (Maria) of Charleston, NY, Rosemarie Perkett (Rob) of Schenectady, Luisa Polsinelli and Dianne Singleton (Roger) of Springville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, including his granddaughter, and caregiver, Tia (David) Marx, 28 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the Alzheimer's Association, Community Hospice, 310 South Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208, the St. Peter's Kidney Foundation, or donations may be made towards the funeral expenses to the funeral home.
