He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio Hernandez and Maria Flores Hernandez; and his brothers, Jorge Hernandez and Harry Hernandez. He is survived by: his significant other Gilda Guy Hernandez; his children, Olivia Clayton (Evril), Marco Hernandez, Lorenzo Hernandez and Diego Hernandez; his grandchildren, Anthony, Isabella, Joshua and Arianna; his siblings, Migdalia Jimenez, Julio Hernandez (Martha) and David Hernandez (Nancy); and his brother-in-law Hector Jimenez of Albany. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
