He was predeceased by: his parent William J.; and his siblings, Thomas Cartwright and Jill Comtois. He is survived by: his parent Julia Cartwright, Sr. (Hackett); his sons, Bryan (Joey Lynn), Jason (Ann) and Jarrett (Diana); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Paige, Ava, Madelyn, Jack, Mitchell, Natalie, Alyssa and Layla. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to Eddy Village Green Elder Enrichment Fund, 421 Columbia Street, Cohoes, NY 12047.
