He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harold, Michael, Evelyn and Dorothy. He is survived by: his wife Betty Weber Sullivan; his children, Mary Beth, Sean, Brendan and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Grace and Kevin Patrick.
The family requests that ALL (vaccinated and unvaccinated) individuals wear a mask and practice social distancing.
