He was predeceased by: his wife Helena Sue Chung (Houng); and his parents, Chia Chen and Rum Chung (Huang). He is survived by: his children, Andrew Chung (Ning), Dr. David Chung (Juliet) and Judy Chung (Jim LoGerfo); and his grandchildren, Gillian, Jordan, Paolo, Samantha, Jensen and Phoebe.
