It is with sadness that the passing of Bradley J. Shelp of Albion, New York is shared. Bradley, born on January 25, 1932, passed away on October 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Bradley will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Bradley by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Bradley is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Bradley’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Shelp and Gertrude Robinson Shelp; his wife Patricia Moriarty of Medina; and his son Bradley James Jr.. He is survived by: his son David (Ann); his grandchildren, James and Danielle Streitenberger (Blair); and his brother-in-law Ralph Squire. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home - Albion (21 West Ave, Albion, NY 14411). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Albion 1st Presbyterian Church (29 E State St, Albion, NY 14411).
