He was loved and cherished by many people including: his sons, Brian Graham (Tiffany Haines) and Kyle Graham; his girlfriend Sandra Intorcia; his girlfriend's son Brandon; his grandchildren, Aubrey, Weston and Eleanor; his mother Claire Graham; his brothers, Thomas Graham Jr., Jeffery Graham (Lynn), Kevin Graham (Gail Begley) and Steven Graham (Heidi Peterson); his uncle James Graham (Marlene); and his father Thomas C. Graham Sr.. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home - Albion (21 West Ave, Albion, NY 14411). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
In his honor, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or a charity of your choice.
