He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, Natalie Heschke (Mark), Kenneth Kalbfliesh Jr. (Debbie), Cindy Halstead (Doug) and Tricia Kalbfliesh; and his grandchildren, Kate (Dan), Brianne (Chris), Matthew (Cierra), Nicholas (Brianna), Kirsten, Alyssa (Kyle), Kali (Kasey), Jillian and Ben. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and several brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
