He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Markle and Margaret Markle (Say); his wife Kathleen; and his siblings, Mary Margaret, Gertrude Davis, Rita Sue Woodworth, Richard Markle and Ray Dudley Markle.
He is survived by: his close friend Terry Haines; his sons, Lee Markle, Jr. (Yahua), Ronald Markle (Angie Coon), Matthew Markle (Stacey) and Daniel Markle (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Sophie, Brittanie, Alexandra, Lyvia and Delanie; and his siblings, Eleanor Kerstetter and Reed Markle (Joy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
