He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Horn of Medina and Norma Jump Horn of Medina; his brother Dennis Horn of Florida; and his daughter Olivia Horn. He is survived by: his significant other Cindy Boryszewski; his close friend Cindy Boryszewski; his sons, Dylan Horn of Albion and Dustin Horn of Albion; his brother Donald G. Horn of Medina; his grandsons, Vincent Brady, David Horn and Lynn Horn; his sister Donna Horn of Batavia; and his close friend Jeff Long. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home (21 West Ave, Albion, NY 14411). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Western New York National Veterans Cemetery (1254 Indian Falls Rd, Corfu, NY 14036). A memorial gathering was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Home (21 West Ave, Albion, NY 14411).
