He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Cook and Mary Zak Smith; and his stepfather Eric J. "Rick" Smith. He is survived by: his nieces, Rachel Brew and Jennifer Brew; his nephew Dillon Brew; Elaine Brew. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and the staff and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. Leonard McAndrew Funeral Home (2 Bogue Ave, Batavia, NY 14020).
