He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Meaney and Shirley Mae Meaney (Miller). He is survived by: his wife Annette; his sons, Steven Meaney (Roxann) of Lockport and Scott Meaney (Jennifer) of Grand Island; his grandchildren, Joseph J. Meaney and Brianna Buscaglia (Max); and his great grandchild Eloise E. Buscaglia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
