She was predeceased by: her brother Jerome Krakowiak (Susan). She is survived by: her husband George M. Kwitowski; her children, Jennifer Cummings (James), Kimberly Jakubowski (Jeffrey) and Dirk Wiederer (Conny); and her grandchildren, Jade and Taylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
