He is survived by: his wife Nancy Smith (Czechowski); his children, Michael Smith, Laura Borowski and Susan Kosnik (Joseph); and his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Munn (late Clinton), Patricia Anderton (late Paul), Deborah Vilagy (Alan) and Richard Czechowski (Pamela). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
