He is survived by: his wife Joan Ciszak; his children, Robert Ciszak (Amy) and Elizabeth "Beth" Engler (James); his grandchildren, Anne (Alex Spagnolia), Robert (Helana Crain), Ava and Luke; and his siblings, Gary Ciszak (Mary) and Kase. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
