He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlotte Townsend (Carey); his children, Linda Pautler (Dave), David Townsend, Jill Marciniak (Paul), Joshua Schmidt, Jordan Schmidt (Trish), Katharine Pautler, Shane Townsend and Cole Marciniak (Chandler); and his great grandchildren, Riley and Haley Schmidt.

The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Cowlesville Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Batavia Veterans Home in memory of Ronald.
