He is survived by: his siblings, Joel Hollis (T. C.), Denise Colt (John) of Marysville, MI and Pamela (Brian). He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces.

Memorial donations may be made in David's name to the Alexandria Bay Fire Department, 110 Walton St., Alexandria Bay, NY 13607.
