He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Myers Cook; his wife Jessica Dutton Ard of Allegany; his siblings, Jennifer Ard of Colombus, OH, Jennifer Baldwin (Andy) of Bradford, PA, Anna Ard-Sledge (Jaleesa) of Olean, Johnathan Cook of Bradford, PA and Holly Wiley (Edwin) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his parents-in-law, Wayne Dutton and Wilma Chestnut of Allegany. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews; nine cousins; three uncles, two aunts.
