It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leigh A. Cornett of Allegany, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away at the age of 52, on September 20, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Gordon Emley and Gayle Emley (Chittick); her father-in-law Leo Cornett; and her brother-in-law Dean Cornett. She is survived by : her husband Scott; her sister Beth Emley of Rochester; her mother-in-law Jean Cornett of Endicott; her sister-in-law Nancy Cornett; her nieces, Allison Cornett (Mike Vanden Berg), Sara Humble of Newark Valley and Rachel Hollenbeck (Eric) of Berkshire; her uncle Jonathan (Linda Emley) of Pittsburgh; her aunts, Grace (Ronald Hutchinson) of Augusta and Mich; and her pet Hannah. She is also survived by cousins; many, many friends.

Masks and social distancing will be observed in the church.

Memorial donations may be made to the SPCA of Cattaraugus County, Joyful Rescues in Cuba, Christ United Methodist Church, or the Cattaraugus County Mental Health Association.
