William leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. William’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Kerry) and Anne (Dominic); his granddaughter Daria Noonan-Wehmeyer; and his sister-in-law Felicia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
