He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Comer (Carmitchel); and his father-in-law Robert "Bob" Schwartz. He is survived by: his father DeVon "Gene" Comer of Maryville, TN; his wife Becky Comer (Schwartz) of Almond; his children, Robert Comer (Joni) of Meridianville, AL, Jerrod Comer (Jess Labbe) of Eliot, ME, Alex Comer of Andover, NY, Bailey Kwasigroh (Will) of Huntsville, AL and Reagan Comer of Olean, NY; his granddaughter Charley Joy Comer of Meridianville, AL; and his sisters, Cynthia Haines (Scott) of Tucson, AZ and Bonnie Skolfield (Bruce) of Maryville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
A reception will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Alfred-Almond Bible Church (6751 State Rte 21, Almond, NY 14804).
