With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert McKnight of Almond, New York, who passed away on December 17, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James McKnight and Elizabeth McKnight; and his siblings, Fred, Richard, Theodor and Sandra.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Dodge; his children, Juanta Weaver (McKnight), Colleen Harvey (McKnight), Lois Curran (McKnight), Robert McKnight and Michele Lambert (McKnight); his brothers, Rodrick McKnight of Angelica, NY and Ronald McKnight of Cleveland, MS.; his grandchildren, Rachel Docherty (Weaver), Sienna Burnett (Harvey), Sara Weaver, Luke Harvey, Brittany Studley (Curran), Casey Rose (Curran), Riley Curran, Kelsey Curran, Colby Curran, Dylan Lambert, Carson Lambert, Hunter Lambert, Finnegan Lambert, Aslynn McKnight and Cassidy McKnight; and his great grandchildren, Elie, Ian Docherty, Wyatt, Raegan Evingham, Quinn, Iris Burnett, Lucia, Rock Harvey, Sturgill Studley, Canyon, Wynona Rose, Jonah Lambert and Cooper Curran.
