He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Allen and Marcella Burdick Allen; and his daughter Lisa Allen Brown. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Burns Allen of Scio, NY; his sister Bonnie Allen of Nacagdoches, TX; and his daughter Janis Allen Welkie (Andrew). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
