With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Neale in Alpine, New York, born in Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on October 31, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond K. Johnson and Genevieve Johnson (Rae); her son Steven Jowett; and her siblings, Edward Johnson and Shirley Johnson.

She is survived by : her children, Linda Guile (Harold) of Dolgeville, Thomas Jowett (Carol) of Utica, Ronald Jowett of Mohawk, William Jowett of Salisbury, Tammie LaGrange (Harold Stratford) and Judy Bauer of Johnstown. She is also survived by grandchildren, adored great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
