He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert L. Fay, and Eva E. Fay, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Linda M. Fay. He is survived by : his brother Albert L. Fay, Jr.; his niece Dawn M. Fay; his nephew Albert L. Fay III (Maria); his great-niece Taylor R. Fay; and his pet Gina.
