He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Raymond Hornbrook of Beaver Dams, Bradley Hornbrook of Horseheads, Charity Hornbrook of Watkins Glen, Crystal Spina (Steven) of Beaver Dams and Audrey Bergen (Michael) of Odessa; his grandsons, Austin, Steven, Tyler, Dominick Spina, Brayden Heady, Ethan, Logan Hornbrook, Bailey Hornbrook, Jacob and Liam Mayette; and his great grandchildren, Steven and Parker Spina. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Montour Falls Moose Lodge #426 (2096 Co Rd 14, Montour Falls, NY 14865).
Memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Schuyler County Humane Society.
