He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hoogkamp and Elaine Hoogkamp (Foley); his brother Brian; his brothers-in-law, Bruce Javers and Bruce Malacek; and his in-laws, Roy and Joan LaDuke.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Jeremy Hoogkamp and Nicole Hoogkamp (Frank Marsh); his siblings, Richard Hoogkamp (Marcia), Karen Hoogkamp (late Brian), Gail Lockwood, Faith Javers, Pamela Hoogkamp and Lori Coté (Karl); and his brother-in-law Brian LaDuke.
