He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Floyd Bristol and Dora Maynard Bristol; his wife Carol Mowers; his sons, David Bristol (Sue) of Parish and Daniel Bristol (Joey) of Watkinsville, GA; his grandchildren, Ed Bristol (Julie), Jeni Lewis (Jim), Jaqi Bristol, Miranda Broder (Josef), Jimmy Bristol (Melissa) and Aaron Bristol (Kristine); and his great grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Jada, Appolonia, Miles, Amelia, Addison, Blakely and Amy.
