He was predeceased by: his father Leo Elwin; and his siblings, Elwin (Sam) and Claudette (Malambri). He is survived by: his mother Audrey Clemens; his wife Katherine Ann (Shedrick); his siblings, Mark, Kerry, Maxine (Bertrand) and Craig; and his son Scott Ray. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, along with many Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.
