He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Westbrook Sr. and Gladys Cole Westbrook; his wife Jeanne Tuttle Westbrook; and his sister Joyce Incole. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Hammer, Terry Westbrook and Kevin Westbrook (Kelly); his sister Joanne Taylor; and his grandchildren, Travis Westbrook (Leora), Tanya Westbrook, Cody Westbrook (Kaela) and Luke Westbrook (Haley). He is also survived by 1 great grandson, as well as several nieces and nephews.
