He is survived by: his daughter Holly Clark (Robert); his grandchildren, Brandi DeLeo (Jeremy), Kris Clark (Kristina) and Chelsea Clark (Dustyn); his great grandchildren, Kailee, Paisley, Charlie, Gavin and Karson; his close friends, Alvin and Joel; his siblings, Irving Jr., Gerald, Evelyn Ryan, Doris Fagan and Elizabeth Sayah; his son Michael Sayah; Danielle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, his son's.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to in Isle La Motte, VT., a place that held special significance to Donald.
