Garrow IV; and her son-in-law James McCleary.
She is survived by: her children, Francis Garrow III (Irene), Pamela McCleary, Nancy Mason (Eric), Rosemary Buskey (Daniel) and Kevin Garrow (Chandra); her sister Joyce Sheriff; and her siblings-in-law, Diane LaGrave, Ceil Garrow, Richard Garrow (Hazel), Ronald Garrow (Cheryl) and Robert Garrow (Betty). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
