He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Schmolz and Theodore Schmolz; and his children, Ted Helgans (Kim) and Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; and his daughters, Karen Moulds (Pete), Karla Petriccione (Pete), Kim Donahue (John) and Kelly Somer (Aaron).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Pauls Lutheran Church (147 Park Ave, Amityville, NY 11701).
