She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles J. Carter and Joanne Montagnino Korona (Roy) of Amsterdam; her grandmother Dorothy Carter of Amsterdam; her brothers, Michael Carter (Sarah) of Broadalbin, NY and Bryan Carter of Amsterdam; her aunts and uncles, Vincent Montagnino (Pam) of Amsterdam, Michele Montagnino, Robert Carter (Theresa), Dan Carter (Dawn), Donna Faulds (Rob), Larry Carter (Denise) and Holly Lee; her nieces and nephews, Alice, Henry and Orion; her uncle Eugene Carter III; and her grandparents, Joseph A. "Yippy" Montagnino and Jeanette Blinsinger Montagnino.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose & Hughes Funeral Home (200 Church St, Amsterdam, NY 12010). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (156 E Main St, Amsterdam, NY 12010).
