It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony P. Verde of Amsterdam, New York, who passed away on April 27, 2022, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anthony P. Verde to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Verde and Rose Fiorito Verde. He is survived by: his wife Susan A. Verde (Gillis) of Amsterdam; his sons, Connor J. Verde (Alanna Kaminski) of Astoria, NY and Zachary T. Verde of Amsterdam; his brothers, John Verde (Leslie) of Albany, NY, Michael Verde (Ramona) of Connecticut and Thomas Verde (B.) of California; and his siblings-in-law, Dawn Smullen (Charles) of Amsterdam and Christopher Gillis (Janet) of Virginia. He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY.
